The Vegan Diet
Ranked No. 19 by the U.S. News & World Report, is the diet of a Vegan. It is also on the top ten list as a best weight-loss diet, heart-healthy diet and best diabetes diet. The vegan diet eliminates all animal and dairy products; this includes eggs from a person's diet. This also means no gelatin products as they are made from animal bones and hooves. Vegans load their diets with leafy greens, whole grains, seeds, fruits, vegetables, nuts and legumes.
Animal products are the most common source of protein and iron so the vegans have a hard time finding an alternative fix; it isn't impossible though. Moringa, being a superfood with protein, is an amazing source of protein for vegans. It is organic, natural and is growing in popularity being highly sought out by vegans.
